“She’s havin’ a great time, and I’m excited for her to really understand what Christmas is this year. She knows that it’s, you know, Jesus’ birthday, and it’s an awesome time in our life. As a parent, I think the coolest part about bein’ a parent is re-living the things that you take for granted: putting up the Christmas tree every year, and what it smells like, and what the branches feel like on it, and hangin’, you know, hangin’ ornaments from it, and puttin’ the lights on the trees, and just getting in the Christmas spirit. And I think as we all get older, we tend to get in our daily lives and routine — and not that Christmas ever becomes, you know, a back-burner sort of thing — but when you have your child, it multiplies the whole feeling of Christmas to a whole new level, so, we’re excited. This is gonna be a fun Christmas this year.”
