Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley just wrapped up hosting their seventh consecutive CMA Awards this past Wednesday, and Carrie says that it’s a privilege that she hopes she’ll be able to continue to enjoy. (AUDIO INFO BELOW)

  • But If You Missed It… CMT will re-air The 48th Annual CMA Awards on Saturday, November 22nd, at 9pm, ET!
  • This coming Tuesday is Veterans Day, and Carrie Underwood and Zac Brown Band will perform at The Concert for Valor, honoring the service and sacrifice of America’s veterans and their families. The concert will air live on HBO, Tuesday, November 11th, at 7pm, ET, 4pm, PT. Also performing at the free event, originating from the National Mall in Washington, D.C., are EminemDave Grohl, Metallica, Rihanna, Bruce Springsteen, and more, with an array of special guest hosts and special appearances by Tom Hanks, Meryl Streep, Steven Spielberg, and Oprah Winfrey, among many others. HBO is giving its affiliates the opportunity to open the broadcast signal, so even if you don’t subscribe to HBO, you may still be able to watch the show!
  • Carrie is red-hot on the radio with her new smash, “Something in the Water,” and on Wednesday, she premiered the song’s gorgeous music video — if you haven’t seen it yet, take a look below!
  • “Something in the Water” is from Carrie’s December 9th album, Greatest Hits: Decade #1, and the single is available immediately with your pre-order on iTunes. Also available as a two-disc CD, the 25-track collection includes one other new song, “Little Toy Guns” (co-written by Carrie, Chris DeStefano, and Hillary Lindsey), as well as four songs in never-before-released versions.
