Miranda Lambert has revealed the title, cover art, and release date for her new album! Coming out on June 3rd, the album is titled Platinum. The 16-song collection, half of which Miranda wrote, includes her current smash single, “Automatic.” In an announcement today, Miranda shared that the title isn’t about any music business threshold of success, it’s the name of one of her favorite songs on the album, and it’s about a way of life: “Platinum is my hair color, and my wedding ring, and the color of my Airstream and the name of one of my favorite beers,” she laughs. “It’s about a lifestyle.” Check out the cover art below!
