“I could tell you exactly why I chose that as the album title: because it’s what enabled me to release this album. ‘Oh, you’re the “Redneck Crazy” guy,’ ‘Oh, you’re the one that sings “Redneck Crazy.”‘ So, I said, ‘Let’s just…let’s title it Redneck Crazy,’ you know, ’cause…and it’s not about the throwin’ beer cans at exes’ windows. It’s just redneck crazy, alone, separated from the song, is just rednecks bein’ crazy. And I’m friends with a lot of rednecks, and they’re all pretty dang crazy, so it was very fitting for the album, and that was a easy…pretty easy choice.”
