Congratulations to Kix Brooks and his wife Barbara who celebrated 31 years of marriage with a special dinner Wednesday night in downtown Nashville. On Thursday afternoon, Kix tweeted in part (with a link to a longer message on WhoSay): “yesterday was a long one with the passing of two animal friends, but last night a great one to celebrate 31 years with the love of my life Barbara, along with some great friends at the ‘Southern’ downtown – lord only knows what she must have done wrong in a previous life to get me in this one, but looks like she’s stuck with me – and obviously i must have done something terribly right – I Love You honey!, and i’ll try and do better in the next 31 – looking forward to it! kb”
