- The Houston Chronicle cheered Miranda Lambert‘s Tuesday performance at RodeoHouston, declaring, “The Lindale [Texas] native continues to prove why she’s hair and heels above her country competition. … Pay attention, wannabes. - And on a very cool tour-related note, Miranda Lambert is lending a hand in support of tornado relief efforts by donating 100 percent of the proceeds from remaining ticket sales for her March 24th show in Louisville, Kentucky, to the American Red Cross’ Kentucky and Southern Indiana Disaster Relief Fund. The KFC Yum! Center, venue for the concert, made the announcement earlier this week and will be waiving their facility fees, while Ticketmaster is waiving all but a nominal credit card fee (if applicable) for those tickets. Way to go, everybody!
- And finally, congratulations to Miranda Lambert on the incredible new video for her song, “Over You.” On this week’s edition of CMT’s Top 20 Countdown, the video enters the Top 20 at number-three, earning the highest debut in the show’s history!
