November 1st will be the release date for Diary of a Player, co-written by Brad and Rolling Stone contributing editor and Emmy-nominated TV writer and producer David Wild. The book is described as a salute to the guitar heroes of the music world who influenced Brad’s love for the instrument and made him want to be a “guitar man,” as well.

Tony and Carrie will sing “It Had to Be You,” the song they recorded for Duets II. Catch the episode on September 23rd, at 10pm, ET, on CBS. …Carrie will also be among the stars joining Tony on September 24th for AARP Presents: Tony Bennett Live in Concert — Benefit for Drive to End Hunger. The concert at the Staples Center in Los Angeles will support the AARP and the AARP Foundation’s Drive to End Hunger program and is also slated to include John Mayer, Diana Krall, and the great Stevie Wonder.
