Carrie Underwood says she doesn’t have any particular secrets for how she tries to look her best. (:26)
“It’s not a little secret; it’s just overall health, I think. I work out, I drink a lot of water — I just try to moisturize and kind of…it’s not all about the make-up and the stuff like that, the stuff that’s on the outside. It kind of starts from the things that you do before you go to bed or when you wake up in the morning, so it’s just…it’s kind of all the behind-the-scenes stuff that matters the most.”
Carrie Underwood says she enjoys the excitement of performing on morning TV, but she smiles that she’s not exactly a morning person. (:14)
“It’s cool. It’s fun. Those things are good to do; people go crazy. I mean, singing at, like, 5am…I am so not a morning person, either, so just give me some caffeine, I’m good to go.”
