Brad Paisley‘s latest smash, “Water,” is all about the good times to be found with good old H2O, one part of which, Brad sings, is the childhood fun of splashing around in an “inflatable pool full of Dad’s hot air.” So we took the lyrics to heart and decided to ask Dad Brad whether he’s been using his hot air for the summertime fun of his boys, Huck and Jasper. “Yeah, not for a pool. Our pool is one of those plastic ones that doesn’t have to be blown up. It’s a…we don’t have actually a full-size swimming pool. We don’t. We have a little plastic pool you set out, and you fill it up, but I made sure I didn’t get the inflatable kind, ’cause they…(laughs)…that’s a…I don’t want to have to do that. But yeah, you know, blowin’ up the Slip ‘n Slide. There’s areas of the Slip ‘n Slide that’s padded that you have to blow up, and you know, you forget how hard that is to do. So I cheated and took it down to the barn and used the air compressor.”
