It’s his biggest hit ever, and part of what makes the success so much fun goes back to a hilarious story Chris shared with us earlier this year. It seems that “Gettin’ You Home” is his grandmother’s favorite song, and while she may have a future in picking hit singles, Chris laughed that he wasn’t sure what to think about the steamy love song being her favorite. “I think it’s great that we’ve had a lot of people come up and say that’s their favorite song that we play. And it’s something that is so funny ’cause I played this for my grandparents, and it’s my grandmother’s favorite song, which just makes me really concerned! (laughs) I don’t know whether I should take that as a plus or a minus…I don’t know.” (laughs)
