For anyone who didn’t get to see the live webcast of Brad Paisley, along with Alison Krauss and Union Station and the great Charley Pride when they performed at the White House this past July, the GAC special, Country at the White House, has been a great treat, and not just for the fans. Even though Brad was there on stage and living the moment, it wasn’t until he saw the special that some of the impact of his visit really hit home. As he watched the First Family listening to the inspiring message of his latest hit, “Welcome to the Future,” Brad shares, “Holy cow, were they payin’ attention.” If you haven’t seen Country at the White House, be sure to check it out in upcoming re-airings September 9th (at 10pm, ET) and 10th (2am and 3:30pm, ET).
