Hello and welcome to Beeken’s Bar. I’m Zach Beeken, your host and today I’ll be making a Last Rodeo themed cocktail called Eight Second Ride. Let’s get started. First thing glasses, I like this one. Now, here’s the big thing you want to do next, before you start making your cocktail, you want to put the ice in the glass because it makes the glass cold. So when the when the drink hits it, it’s already ready. Now the eight second ride is basically just a whiskey sour and when I say basically, I mean exactly a whiskey sour. These are my own personal shakers. I love these colors. They just inspire me to make the best drinks I can. A couple things I need to know where they are. Okay, first thing we’re gonna do, we’re gonna start with the least expensive ingredients. Because if we screw it up, we don’t want to waste the good stuff. So we’re gonna start off… dammit, one more thing, I gotta find where my jiggers are. They don’t have jiggers here. So what we’re gonna do is we’re going to count it out. You need point seven five ounces. That’s gonna do. 1-2-3 Pretty good. Next we’re gonna hit it with that lemon. Same thing. Whiskey. Don’t get more American that. 1-2-3. You’re gonna put some ice in they’re gonna put that in the shaker. Slap is shut. This is the best part. Pop. **laughs** Perfect!”
