Luke Combs is the latest country star to announce plans for a downtown entertainment concept.

Luke Combs – Wanting New Nashville Space To Be Destination Venue (AUDIO)
Yeah, I mean, I think, you know, my, you know, in my eyes, you know, it’s like, I want to turn this room that we’re sitting in now, right it’s like, into the best, you know 1500 cap venue that Nashville has to offer, right? For touring acts of of any genre to be a destination venue for people that come and go on tour. To want to come and be able to put on a high level touring act show, right? You know, Broadway adjacent on Second Avenue, I think.

Combs’ venue will feature a 250-seat honky-tonk featuring daily live music, a ticketed concert hall for up to 1,500 people, a songwriters’ room, a third-floor sports bar, and a 9,000-square-foot rooftop bar.

The concert hall will be broken into sub-areas: one for Combs’ avid followers, “Bootleggers,” and one called the “Beautiful Crazy” section for bachelorette parties.

Luke Combs On Wife Nicole’s Influence In New Entertainment Space (AUDIO)
“Oh, definitely, yeah, I mean, I definitely didn’t have a ton of great bachelorette party ideas floating around in my head. You know, so I really, I run 99.9% of the things that I do by my wife. I spend, you know, a lot of my time at home, really. You know, we’re on tour now and, but we, for the most part, play one show a week. So, the rest of the week I’m at home, changing diapers, cooking dinner, like that’s, I’m just doing the most normal of things unless I’m on stage in front of however many thousands of people right? So I know that sounds insane. But that’s genuinely what I love doing is like, I want to be my son’s dad, right? Like, I want to be my wife’s husband because I think living as normal of a life as possible is of paramount importance for me personally. And so, yeah, we sit around and talk like, put the kid to bed and we sit on the you know, we watch murder mysteries on the couch and talk about bachelorette party spaces. You know, I mean, that’s just kind of what’s going on in our house, you know, so yes, I’ve run a lot of stuff by her.”

Combs’ bar was constructed for the same reason: to represent his interests in music, whiskey, and sports.

In 2023, Combs will embark on a worldwide tour that will take him to three continents, 16 nations, and 35 shows. It sold out in one day, demonstrating his massive fan following, which Combs’ let choose his next single to Country Radio. “Love You Anyway” is going for immediate airplay.

And for for loving my music because you’ve changed my life and so many people’s lives and we get to do what we love because of you and I hope that this is a space that you know you guys will want to come to and we definitely have things built into this that will be bootleggers exclusive things as well that nobody else will have access to. I just, I really do appreciate the hell out of you guys and it means the world to me that that you care about, about you know our songs and and going to the shows.”
