OLD DOMINION SURPRISE NASHVILLE FANS WITH HOMETOWN POP-UP SHOW (PHOTOS)

Award winning Nashville band Old Dominion, currently the reigning 4X CMA and 5X ACM “Group of the Year,” surprised fans once again with a rousing, club pop-up show Friday night in Nashville, TN.

Creating their own Beatles-like moment, Old Dominion sparked a fan frenzy for the hundreds of fans who showed up for their chance to see the Nashville band perform but did not make it inside the venue after it reached full capacity. Not wanting those fans’ time spent waiting in line go unappreciated, the band took to the roof of their tour bus to perform a short acoustic set to the cheers and applause of their fans.

Old Dominion previously surprised fans in St. Louis, MO, Tampa, FL, Charlotte, NC and Atlanta, GA as part of their exclusive club pop-up show series. The free shows are a gift from the band to their fans who they have missed performing for amid the pandemic.

The joyous celebration at The Basement East came just ahead of the band’s show with eight-time CMA Entertainer of the Year songwriter/superstar Kenny Chesney at Nissan Stadium on May 28th.

Old Dominion joins Kenny Chesney on the Here and Now 2022 stadium tour hitting 20 cities through the summer.
