MATT STELL: I’m so excited to be playing Whiskey Jam, playing an outdoor Whiskey Jam, and doing it to celebrate our frontline workers, our frontline healthcare workers. They’re heroes, plain and simple. And we’re gonna do what Country music knows how best to do, and that’s have fun for a good cause which is honoring and celebrating them. So, I can’t wait to see y’all at the show; it’s going to be an absolute party that’s gonna make Monday seem like Christmas. It’s gonna be like rock n roll Christmas for frontline workers.

MATT STELL: I remember the first Whiskey Jam that I played. I got on stage, and it was just me and a guitar in the corner, a little bit nervous, you know, cause it’s kind of a big deal. And I got up there, and I said, “Man, I’m so glad that y’all could all be here tonight for Whiskey Jam. I feel like I’ve been drinking maybe a little too much because my fingernails are brittle. Like I think I’m not getting nutrients, and vitamins and minerals that I need, and I think it’s a lot having to do with hanging out at Winners and Losers too much on some Whiskey Jams.” And me and Ward have been friends ever since.

Well the answer is honoring our frontline healthcare workers while we throw all the way down. Also I get to play in Collin Raye’s band and he’s gonna sing ‘Little Rock,’ hell yeah! I can’t think of a better time honestly. See y’all at the Winners/Losers parking lot, 6:00pm CT for Frontline Fest.”

This show is a small token of our appreciation for the tireless work over countless hours by all of our frontline workers.”

During Monday’s Frontline Fest, Stell will surely share his latest hit, “That Ain’t Me No More,” which he recently performed on “The Kelly Clarkson Show.” Written by Hardy, Hunter Phelps, Smith Ahnquist, Jake Mitchell and Nick Donley and co-produced by Matt with Ash Bowers, “That Ain’t Me No More” is quickly rising on the country radio charts, following his back-to-back No. 1 singles “ Prayed For You” and “Everywhere But On.” As one of only eight debut country artists in the last six years to have their first two singles top the charts, Matt will join Old Dominion, Miranda Lambert and Toby Keith on tour starting this summer.
